Govinda’s daughter Narmada Ahuja to finally make her onscreen debut!

After Salman Khan decided not to launch the career of his good friend’s daughter, director Pahlaj Nihalani is doing it

Film producer Pahlaj Nihalani says he is working to give Govinda‘s daughter Narmada Ahuja aka Narmmadaa a “perfect launch” in Bollywood.
“One thing is for sure… I am definitely going to launch Narmada. She is like family and I would like to give her a proper launch. I am scripting something special for her and I assure it will be the perfect launch for her,” said Nihalani. Talks of her Bollywood debut have been going on since long and now, hopefully, Narmada will scorch the silver screen soon.
Asked what the film will be about, Nihalani said, “It is too early to talk about it. I don’t want to talk about it on record right now, (but) I shall disclose it soon.” Nihalani has earlier produced films like Shola Aur ShabnamAndaz and Aankhen.
Salman Khan was supposed to have launched Narmada, but he chose to go with Sonakshi Sinha instead in Dabangg

Govinda's Daughter Narmada Is Upset

Narmada Ahuja's long-in-the- planning B-Town dream seems to be in limbo and this is depressing the youngster hugely.

In March, it was announced that Govinda's daughter would make her debut opposite Olympic medallist boxer Vijender Singh.

The project titled Manchali, was to be directed by Lovely Singh. There was also buzz that Govinda and Salman Khan would do cameos in the movie.

However after the announcement, the movie plan disappeared into oblivion. Last month, the boxer tied the knot with Delhi girl Archana Singh and now, there are doubts whether he will remain a part of the film given his marital status as well as his boxing schedules.

Says a source, "Forget about being invited for the wedding, Narmada was unaware that he was getting married. She came to know only after the media reported it!"

Adds the source, "Narmada has been upset about what's happening. She has waited for a really long time for her debut. There was a great deal of speculation that Salman Khan was to help launch her.

But when Sonakshi Sinha was favoured in Dabangg, Narmada took a backseat. Finally, when Manchali was announced, the star daughter felt that things were happening at last."

Narmada's spokesperson however maintains, Manchali is on course. The film goes on the floors soon with Vijender. It has not been delayed."

Soon after her debut announcement, Narmada had visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar as reported 'Seeking divine intervention'.

She had then stated, "I wanted to visit the Golden Temple for long. Now, when I am beginning my film preparations, I wanted to seek blessings."

Another star offspring who has been waiting in the wings for long to make his debut is Tiger, son of Jackie and Ayesha Shroff. Though several filmmakers are interested, nothing has taken off as yet as reported in Hitlist, June 3.

Narmada Ahuja is ready hit Bollywood screens.

Another star kid is ready to make her grand gala debut in Bollywood movies, that none other than chi chi’s daughter. That’s right, Govinda’s daughters Narmada Ahuja is ready to hit Bollywood under her own home production and the most probable lead actor would be Shahid Kapoor. There is also news that director David Dhawan and producer Vashu Bhagwani are also planning to launch this star kid.

Narmada Ahuja eyeing the size zero look

Narmada Ahuja, daughter of Bollywood actor Govinda, is following in Kareena Kapoor's footsteps and is working towards a size zero figure through yoga.
As the star kid gears up for her debut with a romantic comedy, Narmada wants to look perfect on screen.
The script has been finalised and as the film enters production stage, Narmada is intensifying her fitness mantra, including yoga asanas such as the side stretch, angled Utthita Parsvakonasana, as well as dancing routines.
"I make sure I eat according to my activities and balance my diet according to the available food. Yoga advocates the need for moderation in food and the tendency to eat healthy to live and not live to eat," she said in a statement.
